    Default can't check IP address with ****

    To check your device IP address Dial "****" into your phone and select menu option "110#".

    All I get is a fast busy.

    Are there other options we can use to check / troubleshoot problems?

    That's a device specific code for the Linksys PAP2T. You likely have the Linksys RT31P2. If so, you can find the IP in your DHCP clients table on your router. If you need help with this support can walk you through it.

    Yes I do, I have assigned an IP address, I was just wondering about other options that would help with troubleshooting. My mom has a PAP2T.
