    Default Can't hear outgoing ring

The other party can hear their phone ringing can but I can't.
If I let it go the other party answers.

I tried port forwarding and turning off SPI Firewall but had no affect.
    I also reset the ATA.

I can hear a dial tone just no ring.

I did put a ticket in for this, but being a weekend wasn't sure if I would get an answer.

    Is it only one destination?
I never hear a ring at my wife's work, even if I use my cell.
(However, it is a PSTN line connected to a PBX with auto attendant.)

And, if they are on a T-1, they would need also need a ring generator to provide ring back to the caller.

No, I tried different ones and the same thing.

Contact support with the numbers you're having an issue with. In my case, there were a handful and they fixed it with some "custom routes". They said it happens with the destination number has changed providers, and the CLEC's don't fully port or route the numbers (or something like that).

Go ahead and reply in the case opened for you with some of the numbers you were having issues with. I'll attempt to re-route on our end.

    Thanks in advance!

I've tried 4 or 5 numbers and have the same issue. They all worked up until today.

I just realized that some numbers do have a ring tone consistently.
Most do not. This is also consistent.
I don't think it's my line quality as suggested by support, but I am working with them.
