Any chance the setting of outbound CID can be managed by the Reseller?

Is your concern, that a telemarketer will buy a Reseller Account and abuse it?
Your Reseller TOS could clearly define its accepted use.


  • The Reseller to may want multiple inhouse lines that report the same outgoing CID.
  • I can envision multiple lines for business accounts with the same outgoing CID.
  • LNP requested accounts should be sending the future outgoing CID.

The Reseller will lose sales without this valuable tool!
