I noticed that on a call today (for about 16 minutes), I have a large number of "Packets Lost".

Here's the breakdown of what it looks like:

Call 1 Media Loopback:

If the packets lost are part of the packets sent, then it appears I'm losing 9.5%.

The call quality was perfect. Clear, no breakups, etc.

Is this normal?

I didn't want to bother support about this and was wondering if others are seeing the same thing (at least those with PAP2T's that report this type of info).

Thanks,

-Craig
