Thread: *99 on an RT32P2

    Default *99 on an RT31P2

Does anyone know what this feature code does? It was pressed on my phone and it says "Thank You" and hangs up. Ever since, I have been having audio break up on all calls. If it did change something, how do I reverse it?

    Thanks
    Chris

    *edit* It's an RT31P2

got me the zipped manual, link looked like an eye chart!

    No sign of *99
Perhaps all invalid codes say "Thank you"?

I found the same thing. I've seen other services use *99 for clearing the voicemail indicator, so maybe that's all it does. It looks like my audio breakups are being caused by the device. I am seeing ping times to the device go from <1ms to over 400ms every 7-8 seconds... that would correlate with the timing of my audio issues. Now I just have to figure out if it's the switch port, patch cable or the device itself.

I found that the RTP312 failed repeatedly for me when it was between my ISP feed and my router, but it works fine when "behind" the router.
