After my outgoing message, these instructions are announced
to the caller:

RECORD YOUR MESSAGE AT THE TONE. PRESS ANY
KEY OR STOP TALKING TO END THE RECORDING.

I want to turn off these instructions. I don't find the option to
turn them off in the voicemail IVR menu or in Vpanel.

Can the voicemail instructions be turned off somehow?
