Using Vonage Wireless Router

I have an existing Vonage service with a combo telephone adapter / wireless router that came from Vonage about 3 years ago (a Linksys WRTP54G). I am considering switching that service to Voipo. I assume that I would not be able to use the Vonage device as the Voipo telephone adapter, but would like to continue to use it as the wireless router (plugging the Voipo adapter into the Vonage router). Does that seem like it should work? Has anyone tried it?
