Residential Page on Site

We've updated the residential page on our site and want to get some feedback. Lots more information on it now.

What do you guys think?

We're updating the rest of the site page by page including the new "Small Business Plan" and "Reseller VoIP" pages about to debut.

Looks good to me. I don't remember Home Office being used before.
It is informative, consistent, and familiar.

My NoScript showed the page was requesting content from internal.voipwelcome.com:9090. Not necessarily a problem, just something I thought was a bit odd

Site looks great though - and I don't remember seeing Home Office either.

As for features, I can't imagine they're going anywhere, but there are a few still on the BETA tab that are being advertised - Simulring, SMS Controls, etc - again, not a problem, just something to consider.

What kind of "Updating" are we talking here? Like information update or skin update?

The implementation of the Knowledge Base irks me. If I view an item, there's no way for me to go back to the list of items I just viewed - I have to start over with the categories. This is not a natural way to work.
