Lot's of strange call problems tonight

Lots of strange problems tonight. I am unable to make outbound calls to ANYONE I KNOW ON AT&T WIRELESS including my cell, my wife's cell, my daughter in NJ cell, or my sister's cell (ALL on AT&T). I get a dial tone but noting else happens after the number is dialed. just dead air.

TWO INBOUND CALLS from my other daughter's cell phone (T-MOBILE from VIRGINIA) go right to voice mail without ever ringing my phone and fail over failed.

I am able to call FROM MY CELL to my house but not the other way around.

I have reset my router and ATA and I still cannot dial out to either my cell, my wife's, my daughter or my sister's cell all on AT&T.

Can't connect with Verizon Wireless numbers either. Dialtone then dead air.

Edit ...seems no inbound is working .... everything goes to my voicemail (and not failover even if I unplug my ata)
