Default Do you have a virtual number?

If yes and it's not using Line 2, could you try calling it from your main number and tell me what happens? Calls to my virtual number come to my main number but recent attempts at calling the virtual number result in a fast busy after the appropriate number of rings set in the VPanel for that virtual number.

Another factor ticking the wife off, who needs to manipulate the voicemail message on the virtual number.

If others don't get the above behavior, time to open a ticket. If you do get the other behavior, how do you change your voicemail greeting for the virtual number?

I have a virtual number and it behaves normally. When I had the PAP2T, any calls to the virtual number would cause the adapter to reboot break the call. Annoying when you are on a call and someone calls your virtual number, which immediately breaks the call when the adapter reboots.
