SIP usage
I just transferred my account from residential to reseller. Here are some things I noticed, and I am not sure about. The literature that I read stated I would get a free e911 account.. my number was transferred, but did not have e911 enabled. I enabled it and got charged 1.oo. Also am paying for every minute I use, but paid 18.00 two weeks ago. Do I get credit. And lastly I managed to use the sip feature on a number, but it was using my wholesale minutes. I though the sip usage was free. I might not understand the sip thing, could you clarify? Everything else seems great, and does not seem to confusing. I like what I see, and I understand the 50.00 credit was a freebee, so I am not complaining, just want to make sure we are all on the same page.
