Login to your reseller panel. Then go to the Hardware tab and click on the MAC address of the device you want to access.

There are two password fields there.

User Password: Allows the user to access the device for basic network settings etc. They can't change any of the VoIP/admin settings. The username for this one is user and the password is whatever is set there.

Admin Password: Allows full access to device. This is mainly for your use only. We do NOT recommend giving users admin access because they can destroy the device by loading firmware on it that shouldn't be, program it for other providers, etc. The username is admin and password is whatever is set.

Note: If you change the passwords here, be sure to reboot the device so it re-provisions and downloads the new password.
