    Default Is it safe . . .

    Hi all,

Curious - Is it safe yet to consider going live as a reseller OR will there be changes that are to come that will effect the reseller and/or end user in the long run?

Not talking about features, as new features can only enhance what we do. My concern would be major, or even minor price changes or anything else that might cause customers to become disgruntled.

What are your thoughts about going live?

    Tim or Brandon, any advise?

    Shouldn't be any price changes.

The only thing we might do later is ADD Tier 2 areas for phone numbers at a higher price, but they are not available at all right now so that won't affect anything existing.

Things are going well so far. Resellers already have around 10% of the number of residential accounts VOIPO has in total so that's not bad for about 2 months.

Those are areas that are more expensive to provide service in and carry higher wholesale costs. In the future, we may add those areas at different pricing levels.

There is currently nothing in the works to do so, but we may in the future and that's the only real pricing adjustment that we anticipate.

It's something we may do at some point in the future, but since it's not currently in our plans, there's no timeline.
