International call to phillipines

I was telling a co-worker about voipo. I had just ordered it, and am waiting for the eq to arrive, but nonetheless I was just telling him about it. Anyways, he uses vonage, and the main reason is that her wife calls the phillipines. He said teh rate is 13 cents a minute.

I tried looking up voipo's rate to the phillipines, but I did not see it listed on the website. Is it possible to make a call to the phillipines, and if so, how much does it cost?
