    I appreciate the clarification. I knew that there had to be some misunderstanding.

    Do I reopen the ticket to make it happen? Also, I noticed that the City/Town is not listed in virtual number drop down box. Can I just note the area code in the ticket to make it happen?

    You would reply in the ticket for the change. Keep in mind though that if an area is not listed there, we won't be able to issue a number from that area. The number selection tool shows all available numbers.
