Is anyone else having problems getting their affiliate sales linked?

I have verified with 2 people that they clicked my affiliate link through their email and proceeded to sign up. Both sales have not shown as pending in the affiliate panel.

I'm worried that I'm being duped out of my sales.
I've provided tickets to support but am only getting the run around. I know how an affiliate program works and I know that these people clicked on the link and then proceeded to sign up.

I'm just curious if anyone else if having issues.

The most common issues that would be if they have cookies blocked. The affiliate system relies on cookies for tracking the sales.

Feel free to e-mail tim @ voipo.com with the info and I'll take a look.

The support department will not have access to the affiliate system or be able to help in any way which is likely why you feel you're getting the run around.

Any issues with that need to be sent to affiliates@voipo.com in order to be resolved.
