Port Forwarding test

Is there a way to test that port forwarding is actually forwarding your ports from your router to your ATA.

I think I have it set up correctly but want to make sure.

Wow, I guess there is nothing out there.

I've tried a few things but they do not test the porting between the router and the ATA.

You pretty much have to use a sniffer and make some phone calls to see if the traffic is forwarded correctly. There are some "UDP Ping" applications that you can use. You would have to run that application from the internet to check if your port forwarding is working

If your router gives you access to NAT tables and firewall log, then you can use that to see if the traffic is forwarded correctly.
