    Default Hi new member question

    I got my voipo a week ago hooked it up and have had a few problems that I have been able to troubleshoot on my own... however I have been on hold today for over a hour waiting for tech support, How long is normal wait time?

    A lot of voipo and voip users are pretty smart and helpful. Perhaps you could post the issue here for us to read and we can help you out.

    I personally prefer email - never tried chat or calling.
