    Default No Service...

    For most of the day today I have been without service. The linksys' power light is on and the internet light is blinking. I tried to connect the device directly to the modem with no luck in connecting. Even replaced the network cord. All other devices connected to the internet are working correctly. I opened ticket QIR-688334 about six hours ago, however the only response that I have received so far is "which lights are on?". Any suggestions?

    No issues on our end. I know these may sound silly, but they cover 99% of what we see when a customer is down but we're up...

    Have you tried rebooting your router?

    When you connected direct to modem, did you reboot the modem and device (so a new IP would be issued)?

    Did you reset the hard device when you were trying to fix it (wiping out VOIPo config)?

    Not sure why, but this morning everything was back to normal.
