For most of the day today I have been without service. The linksys' power light is on and the internet light is blinking. I tried to connect the device directly to the modem with no luck in connecting. Even replaced the network cord. All other devices connected to the internet are working correctly. I opened ticket QIR-688334 about six hours ago, however the only response that I have received so far is "which lights are on?". Any suggestions?
