How to do 3-way calling?

I can't seem to get 3-way calling to work. I call first party and flash after connected. That gives me a dial tone and call the second party. After connected I flash and expect to have both parties connected with me but instead I get another dial tone

Appreciate any tips.

It's probably best to contact Support. It could be problem on their end or possibly a port blocking issue on your end. I had a similar issue last month with call waiting when flashing between callers. It turned out to be an unexplained anomaly for just that day and hasn't happened since.
