non-stop blinking on install

Hi, I am voip user for a long time but a new Voipo customer. I've followed the install instructions for the Grandstream router; the lights blink but never quit (of course there is no dial tone). It's been hours; I've rebooted cable modem but to no avail.

Any hints? I can set up an install phone call if necessary.

Are you using it before or after your router?
