Re: HT-502 has lost its settings
Did you by chance press the reset button (that would clear out all VOIPo settings).
To get it online, you would need to login to the admin area and set the "Config Server Path" to provisioning.voipwelcome.com and then save/reboot. It'll take about 10 minutes to configure the first time.
