    Default DTMF tones not making it to IVR System

    I've opened a ticket on this, but wanted to hear from the users if they have had this problem.

    An IVR system calls, but the DTMF tones are not recognized. This has worked in the past, but started occurring in the last week to 10 days. If I call in to VOIPO VM, it works fine. If I call my office VM, it works fine.

    This is very annoying since the IVR is calling a family member to see if they can work -- and we can't respond to say YES or even tell it to stop calling.

    I have rebooted the VoiPo box with no improvement.

    Suggestions are welcome.

    When I am calling from my work to my house, the system does not recognize the digits I dial but I ruled out that this is my issue because when I call a different number with an IVR, the digits I press are also not recongnizsed. Does this fail from any phone you're dialing?

    What dtmf mode are you using on your IVR?

    Customer service made a change and it now works. Why it stopped working in the first place remains a mystery.
