    Default Fast busy signal from ATT or Sprint to Voipo numbers

    Calling from either ATT or Sprint numbers 330-497-xxxx or 330-268-xxxx to 330-966-xxxx or 330-451-xxxx Voipo numbers. I get a fast busy signal from ATT or an intercept message from Sprint of "we are unable to complete your call" message 12 switch 381.

    Calls from voipo number to voipo numbers work fine.
