Using VOIPO without Adapter for 3yrs and need to upgrade PC

I haven't used the adapter and only used CounterPath's X-lite for 3yrs. Well, evidently, X-lite's desktop app expired and I am no longer able to load X-lite's GUI to gain access to the setup info. I will be upgrading to Win7 from XP overnight tonight and will need the SIP info. But, I haven't done this in so many years, I have nothing documented. When I login to the Vpanel, most pages work, but when I go to the SIP info page, it states:

Unfortunately we have not verified that your device is currently provisioned and registered to VOIPo's network, please ensure your device is currently connected and registered in order to retrieve your softphone SIP credentials!

So, how can I get this fixed and obtain my SIP info? Should I just call the support number?
