    NPA is your area code. This is what I use in an OBi ATA and will probably work in CISCO devices. Not sure about Grandstream ATAs.

    parsec, I think what you need is the dial plan pattern for your device. that will depend on your device, your calling area, and whether or not you're using a pbx versus standard phones (do you need 3 digit extension dial patterns, etc?)

    find the manual for your device, learn the syntax they use for building dial plans, and create or customize as needed.

    most likely there's a default dial plan (for your device) that should work fine. that would be specific to, and provided by the device maker, not by voipo.

    that said, voipo has a particular pattern they expect from your device, such as 7, 10 or 11 digits. so as long as your device passes those valid dial patterns, you should be good to go.
