Good luck dealing with success, Tim. Years ago a local small computer chain in So. Cal went national, started growing, and hit the fastest growing (if I recall correctly it was in the Inc Top 500). A few years later they were gone.

Success breeds it's own challenges. I'm a new Reseller, and I wish you the best. But today I'm waiting for help with a support ticket from yesterday; can't get a VOIPo number to work with VOIPo PBX, and can't get an answer by email... and phone calls say that your support staff is busy. I hope you soon get some of those new support people answering the phones .

This is in no way a complaint; just reminding you that we, your customers and resellers, are throwing down the gauntlet .

Impressive number of posts, BTW. My current total on the forum I manage is only 25,881 .
