Porting old number ??

Recently I sadly had to leave Voipo. I switched to Comcast with their triply deal for less money I was paying for all three individually. The only trouble now is that Voipo has taken 3 weeks to release my phone number that I have had for 50 years. I was wondering if the fact that I had just paid Voipo 2 years in advance for their service if that could be the problem?? I know that Tim checks the e-mail to this forum and I was hoping he could look into this matter and get my number released for me. I can see your reluctance to return my unused money that I paid in advance but holding up my phone number ??

Did you submit a support ticket? My experience is that things happen fast once you do that.
