    Default tsjoulas

    My voip phone stopped working when I was told to reboot my device, contacted viop service several times to no avail, was sent a new device today, connected it in the proper manner, but still is not working. Any suggestions? No answers from service, started at 2 pm today, it is now 9:30 pm.

    We do not currently have any open help desk tickets in our support queue that are older than 1.5 hours so I am assuming an agent has already replied to you. If you have no already heard from support, please contact support@voipo.com again as we may have not received your e-mail.
