    How large are the attachments that you are trying to fax? Also how many pages are you sending on each fax?

    It was 1 page, about 350K. I'm good now though, support assisted.

    Apparently faxes don't work on Sundays 2 weeks in a row that I've had the same problem. Another ticket filed.

    I'm talking to developers about this fax service this morning to see why there are some reoccurring problems coming up.
