Been 2 days now without service, can you find out what's going on?

I requested a new ATA, have not heard any replies to that idea. Linksys is not commercial grade equipment, haven't used any of their routers in years.

I have friends who have Cox and Time Warner voip, no one ever complains about their service.

I understand that there are 3rd parties involved with voip, some of the network tests I've run for support show dropouts in the middle of networklayer.com's routers.
