    Default Incoming call problems (2PM EDST 3/11)

    MOST (not all) of my INCOMING calls are getting either fast busy or "number not in service." A couple people can get through on cell phones but not landlines and some can't get through on either. Unfortunately it's Sunday so I guess Voipo isn't home.
