I can confirm this issue as well. Shame. It would appear sip.voipwelcome.com does not have the same high availability as their other VoIP servers. I wonder how long it’ll be down for.

This was my main concern as well when I put my father on BYOD. It appears the BYOD server doesn't get the same attention or monitoring for problems as their main servers. Has anyone opened up a support ticket?

I have been having non stop issues with sip.voipwelcome.com this entire week. I even sent a ticket in about the issue but they told me there were no network issues and closed the case since they won't troubleshoot BYOD. I know the issue is not on my end since I still have a perfectly functional sip line working on the same BYOD from another service provider. While I am not happy to be having issues I'm glad it's not just me.
