Call-ins not coming thru
Ive gone thru the forum to review similiar issues and have done the following;
The internet line is connected to the WAN port of the phone adapter and other end to modem; cat5 from adapter to wireless router (Linksys e1200)
1) I've ensured SLP ATA disabled
2) for testing i disabled router firewall
Im unsure what else I can troubleshoot and just looking for some suggestions; otherwise i have sent an email through Voip support

If your cable or DSL modem is connected to the WAN port of your ATA (phone adapter) and the LAN side of the ATA is connected to your router, then your ATA is in front of your router and your router settings do not matter. VOIPo may need to tweak your ATA settings.
