Setting up speed dial

I did a search for setting up speed dial but didn't find any posts. Can someone walk me through how I might set it up and then access it?

yes - it's not very intuitive (to put it mildly). Select features -> call routes. In outbound routes you put, say, "2" for phone number (that would be speed dial 2), select "Forward" and enter the actual phone number without 1. You can't have speed dial for international numbers.
