Beta fax not working

I have used the beta fax system for 4 months with no problems,now it will not work right.Tried sending a fax yesterday to the same number I always send to and it would not go through.Talked to the person that the fax was sent to and they said there machine was saying receiving but nothing came through.Sent the fax a couple different times with the same result. Does anyone have any suggestions.
