I've only had a couple calls slip through the cracks, but they were the type of call that I would like to have had a record of, if for no other reason than to enter them into the blacklist. Now that I've upgraded to a telephone with a built-in caller ID display, I don't need to rely so much on the call history to blacklist robocalls, telemarketers, and other nefarious entities.
