We're not aware of any large scale problems with this but have seen a few isolated reports.
If you are having this issue, can you please e-mail some examples (as much detail as possible about the calls) to support@voipo.com with Attn: Tier 3 in the subject.
In most cases where we've had a report it was tied to a specific feature (like simul ring) and our devs were able to fix it. Please send examples and they will look into it.
