    Default help!

    I just connected my VOIP device after waiting more than a month to have my number ported in from ATT. When I tested it by making some calls, I
    found that I can hear the other person crystal clear, but my voice is all but incomprehensible--the sound is "choppy." I'm not sure what the issue is or what I can do. Any suggestions?

    You need to tell us HOW you have it connected. Also, the other parts of your network connected. If you don't feel comfortable, you can/should call VoipO and open a ticket. They can talk you through the process and even check out your configuration and correct issues if needed.
