Is Routing going to come back? Its one of the key reasons this is home for me.
Maybe I missed it from other posts.
I imagine its on the to-do list.

BTW my number ported, and I'll cancel packet8 tomorrow.

It should already be there. I'll have Norm make sure you vPanel view is setup correctly.

Did I miss it? I see it under features and seem to have thought it was under contacts? Call routes are there

I made all unknown numbers routed to Voicemail.

FWIW I added my wife Heather in the contacts as Group Family.

I set Group Family to be routed as Whitelist and she was listed.

I added my cell phone as Group Family. Looking at routing, it did not list me. My crll phone could still ring the VOIPo phone.

So the routing does not display newly added contacts in routing, even though it seems to route them correctly.

Even adding another Group (DLSR) does not refresh those in my FAMILY Group as Whitelist.

Down the road ...

Via interactive VM system, perhaps allow a message for each Group.
Let it override the "unknown" basic outgoing message if recorded for that Group.

To better ID each group allow a Sound-Bite for each Group too.

"To record a verbal ID for F-A-M-I-L-Y press ..."
"To record a verbal ID for F-R-I-E-N-D-S press ..."
(The sound bite would replace spelling.)

"To record an outgoing message press ..."
"To record an outgoing message for <family> press ..."
"To record an outgoing message for <friends> press ..."
"To record an outgoing message for <work> press ..."

You could tell family something more personal like "I am on a cruise - wish you were here".

You could go crazy and have "wife", "husband", "daughter", "son" Groups too,
each with personal messages

Add yet another routing option. "Ring Phone"
Allow it to not ring if DND is on - unlike "Whitelist".

So that would mean looking for:

• Whitelist
• Blacklist
• Busy Signal
• Disconnected
• Voicemail
• Forward
• Forward-on-Busy [ simple call hunt ]
• Voicemail-no-SMS
• Ring Phone

Some good ideas. I'll add these to the list of things we can look at adding after launch.

Hey, one more thing

Please add a Remove Group or even better, Rename Group.

Someone could typo and then the Group just ends up unused, or remains misspelled.

EDIT: maybe I missed it because Remove Group is under the Group lists
