    So I cannot change the GS timezone (Maybe you tied it to vPanel?)
    So I cannot change the Daylight savings to ON (Maybe vPanel too?)

    And the handset CID time remains an hour behind.
    But the handset clock display is correct.

    Should I submit a support ticket?

    Another thing i noticed the call get logged in Vpanel instantly when one answer incoming/outgoing with Zero(0) min's and gets updated again with the actual minutes, very cool feature.

    Yes any changes to the ATA will be overwritten every hour by our provisioning system. If you have changes like that, send a ticket and we can change it on our end.

    I should point out this was fixed last Friday 13th.
    CID, Call History, and email have stayed perfectly in sync
    Thanks VOIPo Support!

    BTW, your ticket system works so far ... Packet8 has a ticket system, but I've never heard anybody being helped that way. With P8, call or use live chat. Calling was most effective for me.
