I have been a VoIPo customer now for three months. I am very happy with the quality, availability of the service, and customer support.

Yesterday I got caught in a mess with my copy of Bria where it had three sessions established. I didn't shut down correctly and a reboot caused the third. Needless to say I could not connect with Bria to make calls or receive them. I put in a ticket and three minutes later the problem was resolved. Now mind you I diagnosed the problem and asked for exactly what was needed, but where else do you get support like that?
