For security, we do require that you connect the ATA once to "unlock" SIP credentials so you'll need to wait until you get the ATA (usually just a few days). Once you connect it, you'll be able to get your SIP credentials in the control panel.

This is to verify that the address provided is correct and so we have record of the device being delivered to the billing address of the credit card to prevent fraudulent chargebacks.

Ah I see, I have to say that's a little disappointing. I only have about 4 days left on my existing voip subscription and I need the phone by monday morning. Hopefully the adapter comes saturday.

I of course acknowledge that is no one's fault but my own.
