Yes. I'm not a reseller, but this issue started last night and continues this morning. Calls begin to crackle really bad, then the voice drops in/out both ways. The calls don't seem to drop, but the issue constantly happens until one of the party just hangs up. All the calls I made to/from Verizon cell phones were so bad they were completely unusable. I had to use my cell phone for all calls this morning.
