I occasionally use Blink Lite on my Mac at work and/or on my MacBook to access my VOIPo line. When a call comes in, Blink pops up a dialog box that lets me answer, hang up, or send the call to a busy signal. If I don't touch it, it just keeps ringing, even after the call has been sent to voicemail or the caller hangs up. I left the app running on my work machine last night and walked in this morning to a ringing computer for a call that came in around 8:00 last night. Fortunately my office has a door, so my co-workers didn't have to listen to it, since I was running a bit late.

I've tried a handful of other Mac softphones and have had this issue with a number of them. I have, however, been doing some hobbyist experimentation with my own VOIP server lately and calls that originate from a SIP account on that server work as you'd expect. I suspect the issue here has to do with VOIPo's BYOD server configuration, but I figured I'd post here before I take it up with support.

Has anyone else seen this type of behavior? If so, do you know of a fix?

Thanks!
