    That makes sense but some of the wireless carriers only require that you enter the digits alone when doing anything SMS.

    Additionally, the e-mail field in Voice mail is currently "Locked" in that if I try to change the entry I have in there now, it gives me a blank page upon "set settings" ans reverts back to my previous entry.

    Well, I guess that's why I have never received a SMS alert for VM LOL

    It said SMS so I just entered my cell #.

    I am also having a problem logging into the voice mail system. I was unaware of the upgrade. However I wouldn't mind being moved to the new system also. I will reset the password when I get home to see if that will solve the problem.

    It is, thanks. Although the system hangs up on me (as described above), I still like it better than "Comedian Mail"...

    But if you migrate, you will have NO access from the outside till they re-direct the 832-838-7000 number to the new system so switching because you have access problems exacerbates the problem.
    Be careful of what you wish for.......
