    If software cannot be patented in the USA, will that thwart fears of lawsuits you had, depending on the type of implementation you pursued?

    Too early to tell for sure, but it's definitely not going to hurt.

    Yeah I saw that. Not 100% sure, but I'd bet it's white labeled MyFax.com because their pricing is almost identical to the wholesale MyFax offerings.

    We met with them several times when I was there.

    One would think they would go with ViaFax instead of gotfax ...... unless they do not want any type of association.
