Sorry, Tim--didn't mean to cause you any angst, there. My problem with connecting is that all of my home computers and ATAs (except CallVantage, since that is still my main phone line) are currently unplugged and in a box so I could do some work in our office area.

I might get back to partially-online tonight, but with more work sheduled for the week of the 15th, it will be a while before I'm fully up to speed.
