As a reseller, I'm worried about fraud also (don't want my prepaid account balance dwindling quickly some early Sunday morning). From what I've heard, international calling can potentially play a large role in the fraud arena.

That said, would it be possible to...

  1. Have an additional option in the 'access template' area to allow or not allow international calling for a particular template
  2. Track international minute usage separately, and thus offer an additional 'allowed international minute usage' on the 'account - usage limit' screen (i.e. the default overall account minute usage could be 500, but we could set the default international minute usage to something like 60 or 120).
